Hali served me today. She’s very kind every time she helps me, I’m a regular and I enjoy coming to Lidz and shopping because of people like her.

Dallas was one of a kind I have the pleasure of coming in to this particular store on a cross country trip from Georgia. He was very attentive to all of my needs. He knew every flower by name he knew it was very knowledgeable of everything he spoke of! There’s nothing like going inside the cannabis bar and having the bartender be not only hospitable, but knowledgeable of what they’re talking about. I just wanna say a personal thank you to Dallas for the great Experience I had! I will definitely be back to this one whenever I come to the Spokane area! New favorite dispensary unlocked!!!!

The bud tender working the night I went in was amazing ! She was super positive, incredibly over accommodating . The order that my daughter in law called in to their store was M.I.A. so I was on my own to select 420 Christmas presents for incredibly 420 specific people . Fortunately the young lady with natural curls and a beautiful smile had me . She was very knowledgeable, absolutely took her time encouraging me to look at , smell ,and feel the products to make sure I was 100 percent positive my selections were correct and the two family members I was shopping for would be very happy with my selection. When I gave them their gifts they were totally stoked ! They said I managed to get everything they had on their list , down to the correct brand names ect . My only critique would be the prices they are very high , that is everyplace rite now though . Specifically the two drinks I bought for them were around $40 dollars . The total price was about $200 . This included 2 infused beverages, 6 little containers of oil for dabs , an 8th of crystallized choice bud , a package of vanilla blunt wraps . One last mention .... I did appreciate the fact they were open late , their location down from the Y was also extremely helpful !!

The bud tenders are always very knowledgeable with currant products and trends. Julia was the bud tender that helped me. She had some great suggestions and narrowed down the products I should look at. The product she recommended was delicious and worked exactly how she said it would! Hey Lidz management, Julia deserves a raise for great customer service!!!

So incredibly kinda and helpful the kind man helped me out a whole two dollars short. I mean no way he had to do that, I appreciate your kind soul💕🥹

Love it here! Their prices are better than most and I've had some great experiences with knowledgeable staff. In particular I look forward to everytime Nate helps me- friendly & seems to know his product. I'm newly disabled and he runs to grab the door for me whenever he can, always with a smile on his face. That's pretty lost nowadays and I'm so appreciative. He helped me find some RSO & edibles that fit my needs and is always happy to answer questions if I'm trying something new. All of the staff that've helped me here have been friendly and attentive. They have a good selection of edibles and my husband always finds a fun pre-roll to try. Occasionally they're out of what I come in for but by my next trip it's usually stocked back up. They do have some pretty glass pieces there as well and the remodel really makes everything shoppable and easy to look at. I drive 45 mins each way to get here but it's well worth it.
